2020 NBA All-Star Weekend uniforms unveiled

On Thursday, the NBA and Nike/Jordan Brand officially unveiled the uniforms for this year’s All-Star game in Chicago. This year’s edition takes inspiration from the city’s flag and transit line, the “L” train system.

The All-Star Game uniform features NBA logo six-point star on the front, pinstripes, like the Chicago Bulls classic uniform, but with subtle stars in them, and the top half of a six-point star on the sides of the shorts. The silver satin numbers and letters are inspired by the trains’ worn patina.

The eight uniforms worn during All-Star Weekend match the number of lines of the “L” train. The color of each of the uniforms incorporates the color of each track: blue and red for the NBA All-Star Game; purple and orange for NBA Rising Stars Game; green and pink for the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game; and brown and yellow for the NBA Cares Special Olympics Unified Basketball Game.

NBA All-Star Weekend 2020 begins of Feb. 14 with the Rising Stars and Celebrity Games.
