On Friday morning, the Toronto Raptors announced on social media that they will be wearing their original white uniforms for select games during the 2019-20 season. The Raptors are bringing back the “Dino” uniform in celebration of their 25th anniversary of joining the NBA. Toronto wore the original uniform from 1995 to 1999.
The Classic Edition uniform features the large red raptor on the jersey with jagged gray and black pinstripes throughout the uniform. The uniform is trimmed in purple, red and black.
The Raptors are expected to pair this uniform with a throwback court but there haven’t been any official announcements yet.
