The traditional shoulder stripes have been switched in favor of jerseys with a single shoulder stripe, a thick collar and a number font that is similar to what the team wore on their most previous uniforms.
The main difference is that there’s actually a bit of detail within the numbers. A sublimated Hokie Stone pattern is placed on the numbers and while you probably won’t notice it if you’re in the stands to watch the game.
There don’t appear to be any stripes on the pants and it appears that the helmets from last season will be carried over into this upcoming season.
